What’s Shaking:
Rhubarb Basil Mojito
4 Basil leaves
8 Mint leaves
2 oz White rum
2 oz Rhubarb syrup
1 oz Lime juice
Splash Club soda

Muddle the basil and mint leaves until aromatic. Add the rum, rhubarb syrup and lime juice and shake vigorously. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and top off drink with club soda. Stir drink well and garnish with a split rhubarb stalk and a large sprig of mint.
